All prices are in Euro. If you are living outside of
EU you might have to pay customs taxes.
Our activity is exclusively
based on the Swiss law. Area of jurisdiction is Sion.
Exchange is only
possible with an incorrect delivery or manufacture errors. For a damage during
the delivery you must complain in within 1 day after reception but not longer
then 7 after its been shipped out of our store-house (see our invoice date for
reference), otherwise the requirement on a free replacement expires. Return
because of not liking is impossible.
We only sell original products.
The contract has a validity at the moment of payement.
With the
supplied goods the warranty is limited to one replacement. Requirements on
cancellation of the contract or reduction of the remuneration are impossible, if
a replacement is possible in appropriate period.
The personal data is kept confidentially by Mrecords.ch according to the data protection law.
Mrecords.ch does not pass data on
to third parties. We are however obligated to cooperate, if we are requested
for legal reasons to make customer information available.
